Riding Observers

In an effort to make the whole process of training as easy as possible we aim to give you as much information as possible. This is your chance to see who our observers and also a little bit about them. We are a friendly bunch and look forward to training you.

Paul Savage

Based in West Hampshire and Dorset Borders.

Paul holds a Gold Grade Pass. He has been riding motorcycles since 1998 and currently rides a Honda Pan Euopean ST1100A. He is also an Observer fo the IAM. He is working towards DSA Cardinton approval to compliment his BTEC Advanced Award in Motorcycle Instruction.

Panos Simou

Aka 'Slim' or 'Captain Sensible'.

Panos holds a Gold grade Pass, a BTEC Diploma in Advanced Instruction and was accepted by DSA on its register for Post-Test Trainers. He has been riding motorcycles since 1972 and currently runs a BMW HP2, a BMW R1200GS and a KTM990 Supermoto in Orange. Panos rides more than 20,000 miles a year and also organises our monthly Sunday Rides programme. Panos is based near Whiteley. He is also a qualified trainer from the Mike Waite Academy.

Nigel Sign

Based in the Lee on Solent area.

Nigel holds a Gold Pass . He has been riding motorcycles since 1973 and currently rides a Suzuki bandit 1250. He is an ex police driver and is currently employed as a motorcycle instructor.

Dave Baglee

Based in Portsmouth.

Dave is an ex Royal navy man who started his own motorcycle taining business on leaving the Navy. Holds a Gold plus the prestigious Diploma.
